This was the first time I brought my accord in for service since purchasing it. The service was extremely fast, and everyone was very courteous. I was thoroughly impressed with how efficiently the service center is managed and run by all of the employees, considering how many customers are serving simultaneously. My service representative, manuel, was terrific.

My appointment was scheduled for 8am, I arrived at 7:30am at approximately 8:10am my car was inspected. I told Adrian, what I neede d done and that I would need my car back by 1:00pm. I went home and to my surprise I received a message at 12:30 that my car was ready. Prior to that message I was sent a video of the mechanics inspection of my vehicle. This was very professional. I was impressed. Excellent service.
