The service was great my advisor was friendly, answered all my questions explained everything, no concerns, I did notice that in the waiting area I did not see anyone cleaning wiping off the seats where customers were sitting after they left Covid 19 precautions are important, I did feel the dealership was clean, staff and customers were wearing mask, just would of liked someone going around wiping off the seats

Anthony was very personable and polite in his interactions as he diagnosed and had my car repaired. He kept me updated with the progress of the service and approximate the that it would take to complete the job. He made sure that I was aware of the options of waiting inside the waiting room as well as being aware of the outside waiting benches. He offered me coffee, water, hand sanatizer. Anthony occasionally came to the waiting room to let me know the progress of the work as well as giving an approximation for the job completion of the job. Anthony related to me in a very positive and happy manner. I give Anthony a 10 out of ten rating for being an excellent service employee.

Once again they fixed the problem on my car. Service was great. Even though I had to go into the shop 3 times I have no complaints. The third time was they understood that I couldn’t be late to work nor leave work early like before as they knew jobs don’t like that sort of reliability from employees. So I was compt. A rental and they said we will look at your car thoroughly. So if your car needs more time we will just the rental as needed. I was OK with that as long as my car is safe to be operating on the road again. Thank you all over at Norm Reeves Honda for excellent service and experience dealing with you guys. Since the day I bought my car I have never been happier with my decision.

I’ve been with this dealer since I purchase my car. Things went very well. The explanation there might be a long wait due to shortages of mechanics. I said ok and was willing to wait. Well, after three hours (there weren’t very many people waiting for there car. Didn’t see any cars moving outside. I was looking out the glass and thought I saw my car in the line up of finished cars so I went outside to look. Yup, my car. Went back inside (only saw one rep helping a lady. When they were finished he finally asked me if he could help. I asked why my car was finished and on one every told me. He stated that the rep got called away. Wow, so how long was I going to sit there until he was back. Yea, I was disturbed.
