It was a good experience. My CRV drove great and I am very happy with the service. I was helped by Trinity Guzman and she was very helpful and sweet. She came and spoke to me in the 2hour wait. I understood you did not have a full staff of mechanics and it was a long wait especially since I had to wear a mask. I appreciated her updates and sweet disposition. Thank you I enjoyed coming back to Norm Reeves Honda West Covina.
