I requested a car or a shuttle if it would take longer than 60 minutes. Quoted 90 minutes because they were “overbooked”. I was told the shuttle would take at least 60 minutes so I could Uber or suggested I wait. I had a 12:15 appointment and I got my car back at 2:45. That’s ridiculous. I waited and waited. I used the text feature to ask where shuttle was at and ask what my service status was. No answer. I found my car on a lift. Someone finally noticed I had been there a long time and made sure I didn’t get a car wash so I could get out of there. I wish I didn’t go there. I’ll be happy to pay for maintenance somewhere else than go through that ever again.
