The service I received was excellent. I have always received tremendous help from Robert, the service technician and today was no different. Today I received rides through Lyft set up by Robert and it made my repair day go much better than before.

Service i thought would check fliud and that was done need windshield fluid. The helper took vehicle and he was going to send service man over as there is a pin hole in the hose to windshield as the breaks squell. I wait over 10minutes and though it was busy, no one came back over so I left. Thrse I still would like checked out. My tires were retired but the breaks squealing was not checked out.

The flyer I received in the mail said your service hours started at 7:00 am as they have for the last ten or fifteen years I have been coming there. To my surprise you did not open until 8:00 am. Then the advisor wanted to know how old I was which seemed to me to be a strange question but I answered I am 72 and then he explained that seniors over 70 had priority for the first hour of the day. That worked out to my advantage as I came in for an oil change on my 2018 Terrian which I purchased at Marvin K Brown. I had arrived at 7:15 am so I was first in line. Kevin who is my go to guy wasn’t in today but Sean took good care of me. I was in and out in a couple of hours. Thanks for great service as always.

I had a heater block cord recall and the tech forgot to fill radiator back up,didn't noticed until was on freeway when warning light came on.Pulled into auto part store and added half gallon of coolant.

My overall experience was great: I didn’t know what the real issue was with the car when the engine light came on for two days. But, worse was the click/switch flipped sound when the car auto start from a brief traffic light stop. Sean listened while I laid the problems bare to him and had his team resolve it within 24 hours. He also linked me to the GM program through Hertz that let me acquired a rental car for the during that my car was being serviced. Better yet, the rental was covered under GM warranty as is the service labor cost. I’m very pleased with my encounter with services at Marvin K. Brown. Thank you and Happy New Year!!

The phone system is not friendly. I tried to speak to a person and it kept sending me to music and somebodies voicemail. My service advisor had an emergency and I could not reach anyone to check status on my car.

The courteous care from Robert Congdon and help was excellent. The quality of the work was very good to outstanding. The communication about my cars repair was terrible. I called four times to find out when my car would be ready to pick up and none of my calls were returned. I know Robert was out ill, however their should be someone that could answer my question. I called three times to find out what services were done so I could pay the bill online. That is too much effort for the customer. I know I own and run three businesses.
