I showed up early to my appointment. Only One other car in line, had an appointment confirmation, but my advisor did not have it in the system, had to check in again in the kiosk. Asked for help and was able to drop off my car 40 minutes later. My advisor called me an hour later to do the check in. Never talked to him in person. (I'm only a repeat customer due to good customer service provided by my previous advisor Corky Weeks)

Kathleen was on the ball. I dropped my truck off on a Saturday. 2 years old 20k miles with a leak at the rear differential. No loaner was offered by the service writer. He said a week and a half. I asked if they could have somebody look at it to order parts. So after I called Sean a couple times for an update I was switched over to Kathleen, she communicated with me and after two weeks I asked about a loaner. Came down and picked one up and viola my truck was finished. They missed the wash and it was wet when I picked it up so I wiped it down in your parking lot before I brought it home. Kathleen was great to work with, the other guy Sean, maybe not so much.
