Whatever tech worked on my vehicle the first time messed up my breaks. They should be held accountable in some manner. From what I underatand it was a loose screw. But it caused my breaks to be inoperable. Sure it did get towed in and fixed for free, but I could have gotten into an accident. That was a very serious mistake. Unfortunatly I'll probably never return to this location as the white bear lake dealership is only about 10 min further away from me. Sorry. The rep Drew was nice - the issue is with whoever did the break work originally. Im lucky that I didn't get hurt.
