Be a bit better at communicating and better breakdown of billing. I waited at the dealership for four hours while they were working on my vehicle. The first hour was for the b12 service. Then they pointed out the leak on the oil pan. They recommended to reseal it and replace the o Rings. Which I approved. After that was complete they told me they needed to keep the car over night so I sat there four an additional three hours I didn’t need too. Also I was charged for 1000$ for labor for three hours which doesn’t seem right at to me.
