Too much trickery out there.

There was a little mix-up concerning cost. When I bought the car in January of this year, I was told the oil change was covered as long as I got it done in time. Shawn explained that that offer had stopped a couple of weeks before I got the car. He graciously cancelled the cost and was very polite and helpful.

There seemed to be a lot of confusion on the front brake pads. When looking at the invoice the amount charged for the rear was less than $100 from the charge on the front. The front was supposed to have had only the rotors replaced and the rear was supposed to be both pads and rotors, and since the invoice says that the front brake pads were replaced when I repeatedly said that I didn't want them replaced because I replaced them one year ago. Brake pads DO NOT NEED to be replaced annually! What can be done?? It appears I was charged and received something I clearly explained I didn't want. So no, I was not pleased with the overall experience.
