I brought my 2003 CR-V in because of intermittent starting problems. Unfortunately it was not acting up. After the tech looked at it I received a long list of what could be fixed, but nothing about the starting issue. I was then charged $163 (or thereabouts) and I was no further forward in discovering the trouble with my car.

Hello, Yes, I am very disappointed. I checked the oil level after the service and is still at 50%, the same level before the oil change!. Didn’t checked the tires air pressure after the tire rotation, so I got the lights on right away after I leave the car dealer. I always trusted my car to be checked at the service department but now I don’t feel like I have to. They need to fix and do a real oil change. Sandra F
