Twice in last couple weeks, car (CRV 2022) would not start.
Each time Honda could not find the problem. Had this same
Scenario one year ago. First time they concluded it was bad
battery. This time absolutely nothing was done. I am beyond
frustrated
The day after I picked up my car, I received a text telling me my
car was ready to be picked up.

Drew was great. The problem I had was with Angelina your cashier. I was there for over 2 hours and the TV was set to a scary show that was rated TVMA I ask her to change it because I couldn't get the remote to work. She was rude and smart mouth like it was me. she tried and couldn't get it to work. she said she would have someone come and fix it. that never happened she just went back to her computer. Not letting me know what was going on. i did get the TV off but could not change channels. The TV should be on a channel that shows healthy shows. No si-fi fx The other people in the waiting area were appalled too.
