Some emails and voicemails asking for updates were not returned leaving the customer frustrated. In person service is excellent. Great people. Would recommend and have recommended rapids Honda to others. Expect to return for service and future potential purchases.

Stood there for 5 minutes while watching two salespeople on the phone, two just talking together and one reading paperwork. When a customer comes in and nobody takes two seconds to at least greet them-this is not one time, it’s a pattern at Rapods Honda-that’s poor management. I will go to Luther Honda from now on.
