Extremely disappointed with our service visit today. The one positive is that our vehicle was ready to pick up earlier than expected, but that's where it ends.
When we arrived at 7am for our appointment we were very clear with the gentleman that helped us, Shane, on how particular I am with my vehicle. I take significant measures to keep my vehicle like new and have the expectation that anyone servicing it will do the same. That was not the case today.
My driver's interior door panel was gouged, the door jamb and exposed carpet were treated like a step, resulting in muddy boot prints and scrapes, and the label for my brand new Husky floor liner is gone, leaving exposed sticky glue for debris to stick to (the technician could have AT LEAST left the label in the vehicle for me to glue back in place). This is a brand new 2025 HR-V. I am very disheartened and do not plan on returning to Rapids Honda for future service needs or purchases.

Great job! Had some weird sounds from the cabin vents after pick up, went back in and it turned out a ketchup packet had fallen into the system when the team checked the cabin filter. Were able to get it out no issue, back to normal. Felt pretty stupid on that one, but alas, thanks for the help!!

Chad’s many years of experience has paid off. He noticed my windshield was cracked and he reached out to me when my car was in for an oil change and offered to get the windshield replaced that day. I said that would be great and he made it happen.
