My husband and I told everyone concerned that we wanted a 2” hitch receiver put on my vehicle. No one at any time told us that Honda doesn’t make a 2” hitch receiver for my 2025 Honda CRV until after we saw the 1” hitch receiver on my car when we went to pick it up. Then we were told by the service advisor when we went in to point out that they put the wrong size on my Honda. He said Honda only makes a 1” receiver for my car. We use the hitch for a bike rack and a 14 ft fishing boat trailer which isn’t heavy.
