Jeremy was great from the moment I walked in by greeting me right away. He went over everything that was going to be done to my car. He offered coffee and pastries but I went with an apple. I stayed in the waiting room to get work done. When my car was all finished he went over everything that was done to my car and how everything was all green.
While I can choose to get my car serviced at any Mazda, I will always choose Putnam because of Jeremy’s GREAT customer service.
