Jeremy was very professional, prompt and caring. He actually was concerned the repairs were going to cost over $2000. It’s rare to find dealer service centers with such caring employees. We would serious consider buying a Mazda just because of the service we know we’ll get when we have trouble with our vehicles.

I cannot say enough nice things about Sidino. He is such a classy guy very courteous and polite, sets expectations correctly, keeps you informed and delivers on his promise. I love mazda and my mazda 3. In my opinion, mazda makes high performance beautiful looking car at an incredible value. I would encourage mazda to consider electric as well as semi-autonomous and fully autonomous option as the market is heading in that direction. I want mazda to be on the forefront of that revolution too. Thank you Sidino and thank you Mazda.

Mark was great I have no complaints regarding his service to me. He was a nice guy! But I’m really upset that once I told him that we had a knocking noise in the engine the you didn’t check that first. You did my warranty check up first so you could get your money then checked the engine knock. And determined the problem. And proceeded to quote me $4000 for that repair. So I will never be returning to Mazda for service. I feel so ripped off that I’m putting a complaint into the BBB. Don’t blame Marc he’s just a messenger but your service policy and process ****. The car is now with a reputable mechanic who I know will be honest and will not me off. Last Mazda I buy. You just lost a customer

I made an appointment for what was projected by Mazda to be a 30-min recall fix. I was told on the phone when making the appointment to expect up to an hour. It ended up taking almost THREE HOURS, and it didn't seem like anyone even started work until I went up and asked about my car, at the two hour mark. I have a new (to me) 2018 CX-5 that I bought at Tracy Mazda, but Putnam is the closest dealer/service to where I live. I was planning to continue going to Putnam for service while I own this car, but after my first experience, I am very reluctant to continue bringing my CX-5 in.

Car was diagnosed with heater core defect. Already paid $198 initially for diagnostic. Reprogrammed and code reset was done. A week later same check engine code came out. I was told $1600 to get it fix. I purchased the car brand new 2015 model. Its only 4 years old and already broken. This will Be my first and last mazda car. Car is lemon and unreliable. Very unsatisfied customer.

I placed my service order a few weeks ago and I recieved the reminder before the service day. When I came to drop off the car, the guy, who was in the first station of the counter, was no that helpful. As soon as he asked my information, he should be able to tell what kind of service for that appoiintment. however, he was so lazy to look it up and asked me for the detail. Then he told me that he is not the person who is responsible for my order and have me to talk to someone else. That customer service level is totally not acceptable. I was told I will get reimbursed for the ride home up to $25, but I forgot to ask since I was so mad at that moment. In general, it is a bad experience.
