I dropped off my car before my business trip, but Mark was able to contact me by text which I requested to answer all of my questions. He explained the inspection result and the estimated cost of issues found, but gave me a choice to move forward or not and I didn’t feel pressured at all. Mark was friendly, fair and felt trustworthy. Thank you so much for the great service.
