I am always satisfied with my service experience. I like the fact that I can request for Adam Kucharek, whenever I need service and he is always there to help me.

Steve was great. I appreciate the free lyft to and from work.

Josh offered and researched additional equipment we needed for our vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.

Adam was very polite and friendly. He went over the service that was provided as well as additional services my vehicle will need in the near future. Service was completed very quickly today.

When I scheduled my appointment the night prior , I was not informed that the appointment was a longer , detailed more expensive one . It would have been great to know prior to the appointment because I was waiting for my car . I then had to rely on Toyota to get me home , which Lyft was very nice , thank you I also had to rearrange my sons pick up later in the day .A little heads up would have been appreciated . My service while there,as always, is fantastic !!! Thank you

Mr pepper was awesome his customer service awesome I’ve been going there for years I bought two cars from you guys but the service that I received from Jon Pepper was great awesome I cannot complain And They say customers always come first and he put his customers first he was great.. If I have anymore problems with my car got to make sure he’s there because he is one awesome guy. He listened even listen to my story about my children he is awesome..

Nothing had been done, they told me remove rust it’s not worth it, because it still be back, so don’t clean it.

Sean was ok , but the guy sit on his next desk “joe”or some other name makes me feel I’m not welcomed to roseville Toyota . I went back to Sean’s desk for picking up my serviced Camry . He was busy and he told the next desk guy to help me . This is totally normal , I had no problem with that . And the guy sitting there was appearing impatient, took my card swiped it and threw it in front of me on the desk instead of handing it to me . What even making me feel worse was after I asked him is there suppose a check up on my Camrys breaks visually ? He lost his last patient told me “you got what you pay for” . And I just need to confirm that I know what he just told me about the technician have to take off the tires and inspect them for an additional charge . But that’s not what I was asking for . Even if there was anything not be done , I would not feel that bad . It’s his attitude . He maybe a nice guy on other time but not when he was working at that moment . I have been roseville Toyota customer since I got my car 7 years ago and have all the necessary services in your dealership. I know it’s may not a big deal or loooong time customer for such a giant dealer . However , having such employee like that is certainly harming your reputation.
