Paul communicated in a timely manner to keep me informed of the status of my vehicle and went above and beyond to come back after hours to ensure that I was able to get my vehicle. There was some miscommunication and another service rep had told me I could get my car before 7pm and this was unfortunately construed as Paul had said this (he didn’t). Needless to say, Paul came back and finished the transaction so that I could go home. Paul was not mad and was completely focused on ensuring that my experience was no less than top notch. He is a great guy and the epitome of a team player.

Rebekah was great. The thing I’m not satisfied with is the free car wash. The car was not clean and when I said something the guy looked at the car and said oh ya I think the dirt was up under stuff. Bugs stuck to the front etc. I realize it’s FREE so I guess you get what you pay for. I was looking forward to a clean car...so that was disappointing. Almost better to not offer a free wash unless you intend to wash it well. It’s also really inconvenient to not have loaner cars available. The other dealerships I’ve worked with always have provided loaner cars so I’m getting used to this lower level of customer service.
100% satisfied with Rebekah though. This is no reflection on her.
