Too many people (both employees and customers) not wearing their masks properly. Most were wearing on their chins or covering their mouth, but not their nose. Valets were ALL wearing masks improperly. No hand sanitizer available. Yes, I had my car sanitized, but the guy who did it didn’t wear his mask properly so it was not helpful. Toyota does not care about my health. I’m not coming back

I am not at all happy with the treatment we got from Kyle. When I made my appointment to bring our car in I was told it would take two to three hours so we came prepared to wait around the area since we drove from Cameron Park to Roseville for the service. When we checked in for our 9:30 AM appointment, Kyle Schumacher told us our car would not be ready until 4:30 PM. I told him we did not live in the area and it was a long drive for us but if he could get back to us within an hour and let us know if it would be any sooner then we could stay around the area instead of going all the way back home. Kyle didn’t even check or consider it. Instead he told me it would be the same answer that it would not be ready until 4:30PM - 7 hours!! We went about our errands as originally planned and then headed home. We got home around 12 noon and a few minutes later Kyle called to tell us our car was ready!! Because of this young man’s ego, arrogance or power trip, whatever it was, he turned our drive into a 60 mile trip! So no, I’m am not at all happy with Kyle!!! He expected us to wait 7 hours since he would not have provided us with transportation to get back home because we did not live in the area. The job was completed within the original quoted time snd not the 7 hours Kyle claimed with such assurance. We were just there for the safety recall of our airbags.

The service advisor, Chris, was awesome!! However, when my vehicle was done and I went to settle up with him, there was a man in the very small, enclosed room speaking to the other service advisor WITHOUT A MASK ON! I waited outside and when Chris waived me in I let him know with hand signals why I wouldn’t come in. When the person NOT WEARING A MASK left the room, I went in and finished up with Chris. I was told that management will not allow the employees to require customers to wear masks, even though the poor service advisors work in very tiny enclosed offices. Management is allowing an unsafe work environment for its workers and customers. Even though the UNMASKED person left the room, his spit droplets remain to land on anyone else who is there or enters. Not ok! Roseville Toyota should be turned in to health authorities for their unsafe Covid practices!
