The technician managed to cause damage and blame it on the last oil change done prior. More work and parts were recommended with disregard to cost and time for myself. The car is under warranty and too new to me for issues to be arising and it’s the understanding by several other parties I’m being “swindled”. Unacceptable

Michael was fantastic. He made sure that I was completely satisfied and understood what was being done on my vehicle before I left
It. He went out of his way to remind my mechanic that he has forgotten something and made sure that the error was fixed before I left. Elmer from the tire department also helped me and he was nothing but great. Friendly, knowledgeable and was in communication with me the entire time my car was in the shop having new tires put on it. As usual, my Toyota received the best service at Roseville Toyota!
