Derek did an excellent job. Great customer service.
However, when I picked up my SUV it was dirty inside. There were no paper protectors on my mats and there was dirt on my he threshold going in to my vehicle on the drivers side. I am a woman and keep my vehicle clean. This is not acceptable and this is not the first time this has happened there.

I came in for routine 30k service on 12/5. After waiting 2 hours I got my vehicle and a cover that goes behind the glove compartment was not places correctly causing a low grade whistle from the fan every time I turned on the heater. Scheduling was trying to **** in on a Saturday so I can see the same advisor but I don’t understand why when that doesnt matter to most people. I just wanted my car fixed when it’s a convenience for me. After much push back from scheduling I walked in on 12/10 and waiting another 1.5 hours to be told of your own errors. I am a new mom and having to take extra time away from my baby to sit with you folks was such a waste and not necessary. The service team at Roseville has gone to crap and I now would never recommend having anyone buy their vehicle from there
