I think the valets could be more informative. Ask if you are going to need a rental make sure you take your insurance with you. A lot of water time tracking down the insurance card. I was not the only person trying to figure out the info. Valets could also be a bit friendlier. Introduce who they are. If you say you are going to follow up then follow up. I was left without an answer for 24 hours when the service rep said she would get back to me shortly. Also no return call after leaving messages. This caused an additional day I had to keep the rental car.
