Everyone was friendly but unfortunately the problem was not fixed. I have to take it in again. They couldn’t replicate the problem I discussed but the problem is very real and needs to be taken care of. It does not occur constantly for me either but is a bother when it does. Perfect score on friendliness but not so great at fixing the problem.

Job was done in about an hr which is what I was told. I assume the seat belt works now. I didn’t check it but my daughter will let me know. Kyle is easy to work with. Car was brought up in a short period of time. I am happy with the service I get at Roseville Toyota.

Roseville toyota always goes above and beyond... If I could change one thing... Please go back to lyft vs uber the ride experience with uber both ways was less than enjoyable. I might be biased to lyft but definitely felt safer in the past when they were being used. Otherwise kyle was amazing and service was amazing

We actually never got our ordered all weather floor mats. We spoke about them upon dropping the car off, we’re told multiple times they were in the car but at the end they truly were not. By that time everyone had gone home and no one could give us an answer. We were then told we would be called today to follow up about them, but never received a phone call.
