Overall it was a 4/10. Usually my experience is 10/10. There were so many issues with this visit I cannot even write it all in. Everyone there was so friendly and honest (what I’ve grown to know from Roseville Toyota over the past 3-4 years) EXCEPT my service advisor. He did not meet my expectations on multiple issues.

Service was good and representative was good. Only thing I was not happy with was that they did not do the complimentary wash, which I assume was part of the service especially since I got 2 new tires. Next time we should have been reminded or asked if we want the service. I was there for over 3 hours.

Derek was very snippy. he said he was going to put me down for 4:00 appointment the next day but when I showed up for that appointment nobody seemed to know anything about it. However Shane who had been working with Derek on Wednesday was able to help me and he was very nice.
