Many things went wrong with this appointment but to top it off to get home to oil spilled on side of car and all inside on battery. Wham dry disappointing.

Make sure ahead of time when scheduling an appointment to whomever handles those to let the customers know an estimated time of how long the car may be worked on. I know usually for a tune up service every 5 miles it can take up to 1 1/2 hour or so. But since I had a recall appointment as well I was told at the office 4-5 hours. It was inconvenient to have to call for a ride an so forth. Just as for next time for other customers
