She was very responsive . I do have 1 question . I told the gentleman that received me , the car alerted that service was needed and he said he would make sure they service it before I picked it up. I believe they did but not sure . Driving home the car is still alerting due for maintenance. Shouldn’t that be off now?

I did not get notified when the car was ready. I called three times to get updates and I was told I would get a call back and never did. To top it all off, when I dropped off the rental car I was getting charged for an extra day since they were not notified that it was not ready. I had to waist 28 minutes to get this resolved before I can get my car. I was not happy at all.

I had multiple issues being addressed during my visit. The airbag side panel was completely dislodged on the car. After being told there was a recall and they needed to keep my car overnight, Toyota failed to even put my car back together. There was grease everywhere in my car. I had to get my car detailed in order to remove the damage done. I came to get my car serviced and be safe and clean on the road, not to be worse than what I brought it in as. The service staff was rude and inattentive. I will never be returning to Toyota Roseville and will be selling my Toyota and purchasing from another Maker. This was the worst experience of my life.

Technician replaced the cabin filter and debris dropped into the air blower for the AC unit that created a loud rumbling noise in the dash. I had to disconnect the air blower and empty out the debris. This oversight could have damaged the air blower if left unchecked. Does not give me a lot of confidence in the service department. I think the professional thing to do would be to refund me the cost of this 70K service. I expect to receive my vehicle in better working order after a Toyota maintenance service, not worse. I would be willing to give you another shot if you make this right. Thank you, Brian A
