The tire specialists are too generic. I get it but why not once I get out of the car your specialists show me exactly what they are seeing. Just a helpful tip, because I know my tires are bad but half your customers are thinking they are just upselling. If the customer needs new tires show them physically when they get out of the car. Just a helpful upsale tip. Otherwise all good!!!
