I’m just a little disappointed I was charged $175 for less than 20 minutes of work. I understand charging for diagnostic but my car was seen the night I did a night drop. It’s not my advisors fault but I felt that was a bit steep considering there was nothing major wrong. I have been a HUGE fan of the customer service I’ve received at Toyota and have become a customer for life because of that, but this last experience was a little disappointing
