Was not provided with a proper written estimate; service advisor vanished on me; car was returned to me damaged but I don’t trust Norm Reeves to fix it, as the place practices such shady business, so I will pay someone else to undo the damage that Norm Reeves caused.

Nothing was fixed. The loose screw was still rolling around the dashboard. The radio screen was still glitching. I have called to see when the car was going to be done getting serviced, because I dropped off my car the following night. The was was at the dealership the whole day and no one contacted me and when I called the third time, for status. I was told the car was done. Went to go pick it up. And everything was the same.
I am not happy at all. I have been lied to and the service was horrible.
