It says on my paperwork that they rotated my wheels, but they did not. Why are they lying to the costumers?

My appointment was at 4pm and although I was informed that the service dept closes at 6 and that I would get my car by 6pm, I would’ve appreciated more communication. It was a bit nerve wracking to see the service and parts deptartments closing and being one of 2 customers still waiting for our cars and not being give. Any updates. I had to text the advisor for an update and it took him a while to respond. When I did receive my car after 6pm, the info on my screen still indicated that my oil was at 15%, as you can imagine I wondered if my car was even serviced. Before driving away I went back to the advisor confirmed the service and he updated the screen in my car. I’ve only brought my car to Norm Reeves for service, been a loyal customer and this is the first time I did not feel the customer service up to par.
