Ruben gave me a good service. When I picked up the car at 5:30 someone else helped me, because Ruben was gone for the day, and I didn’t receive a good service from that person. He was curt and was too busy texting. I felt he didn’t want to help me because he felt I was not his customer. When I asked him about the total for the service, he said Ruben should’ve explained it to me, he didn’t want to be bothered.

Final invoice did not reflect the original quote. My original representative for the day left, but luckily someone else was able to adjust/honor the quote. Upon entering my vehicle, I found that my hanging decor on the rear view mirror was broken. I historically have always come to Honda service for regular maintenance but I fear I’m losing trust in your dept.
