I made a 8 am appointment. The ETA for the car to be ready was 12:30 pm. It was supposed to be a 4 hour service so I had my husband pick me up and dropped me off at 12:15 pm. I looked for Oscar at 12:30 but was told by a lady my car got a late start and would not be ready until 2:30 pm. I did not get any call or text that it was delayed I had to wait 2 more hours. I could have done more errands in 2 hours. A delay update would have been appreciated

As for who ever is in charge of parts department I can’t say the same. Initially i went in for a new screen display which the customer service representative told me it would be delivered Wednesday January 15 2025, I set and appointment for a new display and car maintenance. Mid appointment I was notified the screen display wasn’t available. I have been having issues with my display and was promised a new display since September 2024. It has been delayed 3 times since. It’s extremely inconvenient and frustrating having to go back and fourth trying to get this done.

Service from Jonathan was fine. He was very helpful and understanding. I initially came for a B 1 2 service for my Honda civic, he helped with moving up my next service date to the same day for one of my recall parts they just so happened to have stock of. Very nice guy.
My complaint comes from service I received when picking up my vehicle. I was not able to get the name of the associate, but he wanted me to just pay and leave. I had brought in a discount for $25 to help alleviate my bill I was only expecting to be around the $200-$250 range, but ended up being $2,700ish at the end of the day due to things found with my vehicle during inspection. That was bad enough but I was not even offered to undergo a payment plan which would’ve helped and benefitted me a lot since again, I wasn’t expecting to pay that much to begin with. He laughed at my $25 discount, told me to tap and pay, and as soon as I received my receipt and was heading out I overheard him say “alright guys I’m outta here for the day.”.
As if I was the only thing in his way to end his shift, I felt rushed and now I’m stuck with a bill I could’ve paid over with some easy payments, to having to worry about making sure I pay it within the span of half a month with money I don’t have. Thanks.

My wait before him was a challenge. I had an appointment but waited in line for 15 minutes. Finally cars in front of me moved out for service so I moved up behind the 1 car left in my line.
