Somebody messed up; we waited for about 30 mins or so in the car to be seen by an advisor fir initial assessment; not okay; first time this ever happened & hooefully the last.
Trevor saved the day, he apologized when we he learned about what happened. He was courteous and prompt and had the service done earlier than expected!

George the service manager was awesome. I went stop by chatted with Frank Wong about something and he was awesome. I also stopped by and asked a couple questions to Albert my sales guy and he was awesome. There's a reason that Norm Reeves Honda gets people to drive an hour and a half to buy a car.
