Phenomenal just absolutely phenomenal. Very straight forward about maintenance needed on the vehicle. Didn’t insist or push like many others I have worked with in the past. George was extremely helpful. He immediately took action and had the shop foreman immediately take a test drive with me to verify my concerns. He communicated with me throughout the diagnostic. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford to pay $9,000 for a subframe. However, George was very patient with me, as I do not know about cars and it's parts, and he patiently explained all details of the diagnostic. I was not understanding what part of the car is the subframe, so he showed me a picture of a subframe and then explained again. I finally understood. Truly appreciate George's patience to help me understand without being annoyed and his immediate action to test drive the moment I told him my concerns. (This was 3rd time I brought my truck for same issue and was told I had to return next day for test drive, even when I had appointment). I can tell George Raygoza loves his job and takes initiative to make sure customers concerns are valued! He is truly a "Helpful Honda Person!"
