I had an appointment at 11:20am and arrived on time. I was told it would be 2.5 hours and my car would be done so I waited at the dealership. I didn’t hear anything at 2.5 hours and couldn’t find my service rep so I asked the first available person if my car was done, as I could see my car parked in the back. That man informed me my car was next in line and would be another 2 hours or more before it was done. This is unacceptable. If I would have known it would be so long I would have gone home to get things done on my only day off this week! I will not be back to your dealership. Your communication is non existent and if you only care about making money, instead of a persons time and satisfaction, then you have lost at least one customer.
