Well for starters it's not the 1st time I take this car in for suspension/wheel issues. But this time it also included the braking sensor and they said "NOTHING IS WRONG". ALSO They didn't reset the oil %. So needless to say ever since I bought this Pilot from you I have had some problems

After changing the head gasket after finding coolant in the cylinder, today I turned the vehicle on to hear concerning noise coming from the engine sounding like bent valves (metal wearing). I called the service department and they informed me that I wouldn’t be serviced for over a week and no courtesy vehicle was possible. I was seriously inconvenienced last time getting to work and was not offered the courtesy vehicle until a week into repairs, which I did not utilize. This is an ongoing serious issue and I feel like my vehicle warranty is not being honored effectively. Ryan T

Upon arriving the advisor went over required services for my vehicle. I advised to him that I got a full set of new tires, and I only needed oil service. He verbally offered oil and filter in his words "altogether for $75." My total due was over $200. I did not agree to that amount.
