I had an appointment for a oil change scheduled at 2:20pm. I did not get my car till 5pm. That is utterly ridiculous. What was the purpose of my appointment. Then they couldn't find my keys which took longer. I guess customer service is a thing of the past. I lost money leaving work early to make my appointment then lost time being in the dealer for so long. Time is money please get it together.
