I want to commend Manny on informing me on mice getting into the car engine compartment and the potential for costly wire harness damage.
I park my car near a beautiful rose vine I have and realized when I got home that I had to clean out the debris under the vine that were attracting mice.
I cleaned out the debris this morning to reduce the attraction to mice and make it easier for my three cats to to track and kill (and eat) them.
None of this would have happened unless Manny had informed me of the mice problem. Really appreciate what he did.

Appointment was made after getting confirmation on part availability and was told that everything will be ready to get installed. But after reaching on the appointment day and waiting for 3hrs at the service Center, I was informed that parts are not available. After this experience, I believe Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos is highly unprofessional.

Two things: the multipoint inspection isn't filled out properly. I was texted "Your call should be ready in about 15min" but never received a text saying it was ready. After 45min I went to check on it and it was ready. I didn't ask how long it has been ready but there's a misstep in the process there. Other than those two things it was great and will be coming back!
