I was told it would take 2 hours and it ended up taking 3. I made an appointment for 10:20 & they didn’t get me out my car until almost 11.

Unsatisfied with customer service. Poor communication, and no regards for the customers. Other companies would provide customers with rental cars if the service takes longer than 3 hours. I asked the representative even if it took more than 24 hours, Honda wouldn't provide rental cars and he told me exactly word by word that Honda doesn't provide rental cars to customers because Honda has to pay for the rentals. Does that mean it is ok for customers to pay out of their pocket for a recall cars that is not customer's fault? What about to customers who live by themselves with no extra rides or cars? Uber? It would have been the same price to rent a car. Also when I went to pick up the car, it took an hour for my car to be picked up. First I thought maybe they are washing my car cause that's what usually companies do after service but nope. It took a hour because they failed to let me know that my car was ready and already out in the parking lot. Not only me but there was few customers who I personally talked to that have the same issue and was amazed that I waited for a hour. After asking 3 people when my car was ready everyone failed to give me a reply or came back to me with an answer. One person finally took a step to find out and told the representative I first asked to and I find out my car was already outside for the past I don't know how long. The rental car place was absolutely amazing that they even gave me a ride to Honda when I went to return the rented car. Honda? Nothing. I didn't expect to get a ride but not even a direction to the place. This really changes my mind about Honda. I love my car but customer service? Nope. Lastly, even if you call to ask how to make it satisfying, I don't think there will be anything that would make me even a little satisfied unless you reimburse my car rental fee.

As a customer taking their vehicle to receive service, a long wait time is expected. The wait time was verbally stated to be 1-2 hours long, but a 4-hour wait is quite exaggerated. I had to follow up with staff after 3 hours and staff stated it would be ready in a few minutes . So I payed for the service and it still 40 minutes to have my vehicle. I was told by staff that the service would be complimentary due to long wait time . I did receive my money back. Yet , that did not change the experience . Hope the next car service can go smooth .
