Bryan Salas was great. He called to notify me that my part arrived and I was able to schedule an appointment. I arrived and he told me roughly how long it would take and service was fast. I did inform him of a recent tint job done and he was able to make sure the job wasn't done out of sight to ensure nobody accidentally rolled my windows down as that would ruin the tint. Definitely made my day better knowing Bryan was involved during my visit.

The line I was in moved one car in 20 min.
Should be separate line for appts.
The wait time was long as I didn’t get my car until after 10:15

Overall everyone was nice, Joseph was nice, but I was a little disappointed that the few times I reached out to the advisor to find out when my car was going to be ready, he was hard to locate even by fellow employees. When my car was finally ready, which was 3 hours past the time(6pm) that I was told, my advisor sent me a text to say it was ready. Apparently, he was already gone for the day so I had to ask another advisor when I could make my payment, get my car and leave. I have a Toyota vehicle as well and their advisors stay in contact and actually come and get you when the cars done. Toyota has great communication with their clients. Communication needs to improve with certain advisors, not all.
