I got my car back in worse condition then I left my car. I was in my car 2 hours after service and found a huge piece of metal dangling off the bottom of my car that was now sparking and making loud noises anytime I drove above 25 mph. I took my car back and we had a service member laugh in our face when asking for service after being told they were open til 6pm. The member was unable to fix my car at all. In fact, he had to take the metal plate off and tell me to come back. I also noticed my Honda H in front of my car is now also falling off. I tried also calling customer service and was on the line for 10 minutes before being transferred to Benitos voicemail. I am extremely unhappy with my service and am unsure how I will be able to trust my car to go back to be fixed. The treatment from the Honda team as a whole was unacceptable and I feel ashamed to have put my money towards members who were willing to treat me this way.

The service provided by Benito was top notch and he was great in every aspect! He really accommodated me in every way to include constant communication and coordinating for me to have a loaner vehicle while my 2018 Odyssey was being worked on. I needed an oil change during the process, in which he even helped me receive the service at no charge! The concern my wife and I have is the 5 times we have had to bring our van in for the same electrical issues that affected the main features of the vehicle we bought it new for. We have been reluctant to take the van on any long road trips for the pat 2 months due to this issue. Having the van back for about 2 weeks now since the last occurrence without issues feels more reassuring, so we are hopeful your maintenance crew did address the issue.
