Mr Benito Torres went above and beyond for me. I went in for an oil change and mentioned I was heading on a road trip. While I was waiting he came to tell me something related to my AC was cracked. I thought he was trying to tell me about a service I didn't need since I'm a girl. Turns out he was looking out for me AND he checked it was under warranty so it wouldn't cost me anything. He checked all things related to my AC without me even asking, just to make sure I'd be comfortable and cool during my long drive. As a female at a car dealership, I felt taken care of, not taken advantage of. Thank you Mr Torres!! I live far but I'll definitely be back for any of my Honda needs!

Hello. First off, it is no fault of the employees. This is a direct complaint to the website. They set up an appointment with a lady that was apparently out of the office. I did not get helped until 30 minutes after the set up appointment time. Another thing is I asked for the cars hvac to be looked at, but the lady who helped me, lilia, told me that I said coolant instead of refrigerant, ending with them not checking my hvac. I don’t blame Lilia though I do hope next time there is a way I can write down what I want them to fix so we don’t have to play the blame game when I come in to pick up my car. Maybe a form will help. Thank you.
