I had a great experience today with a few staffers. Gilbert Ruiz, finance manager (I think his name is) Luis, John from service and even the parts guy at the counter (I forgot his name) was helpful. I’d rate my experience 10 out of 10!

I'm the wrong person to ask.Customer service surveys like this which inquire about the person rather than the activity alone, in the view of the employee, is micromanagement at best and snooping over one's shoulder, at worst. Yes, the question was about satisfaction alone, and yet the employee was identified, implying that she is not trusted. Much better, in my view, would be to ask if there is anything you can do to further identify and assist me with my transportation needs. Then if I have a complaint about your very professional and helpful employee or anything about your company and its products and services, then I'll let you know.

Ivette was fine. While I did feel she shrugged off my inquiries about known battery defects with my year make and model car, she was professional and got the job done. My biggest complaint is I was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car aside from the fact that it needed the 30k maintenance and my battery (which was replaced by AAA last year) was leaking acid into my car and I needed to contact them to get a new one. I called AAA out who tested the battery and sprayed a substance on it to check for the acid leak. My battery is good and not leaking any acid as your technician indicated. I witnessed the testing personally. Per AAA, the only problem with the battery was the terminal was loose which he said should have been fixed by the dealership during maintenance. The tech also showed me a loose part in front of my battery that was missing bolts. Why wouldn't that have been addressed or fixed during my visit? Shamefull!
