Service advisor sounded like a complete idiot. Told me that Gravity was causing problems with my Oil Pump, then talked about needing to change the Spark Plugs, before switching gears completely and talking about replacing the timing chain. I've been going here for decades, but maybe it's time to find a new shop top service my vehicle. I've purchased several cars and always used you for service. Too bad...
