Tony Lagos is an asset to Norm Reeves HB. My car needed to be towed to your business and he offered to stay late and be there when the tow truck dropped off my car (just a little after 6 pm, your closing time). I told him to please not wait and go home as he worked all day and nobody likes staying after hours. He called me first thing in the morning after he assessed my car and was honest with the repairs that were necessary. I appreciated him not trying to up sell me on the repairs that weren’t really necessary at this very moment. He did suggest other maintenance that should be done in the future. He relieved my anxiety and developed my trust in your dealerships service department. Congratulations, you just got a new service customer. I will be having all my maintenance and repairs done at your dealership and Tony is my new go to guy. I will recommend him to my friends and colleagues who also own s Honda. Thank you Tony!
