I dropped my car off for my appointment at 9:30 am. And by noon had only gotten a text “update” that stated “my car was in good hands” but no other update. I had to eventually call around 12/1 pm to even get info on my car. At this time I was advised that they were still working on a diagnosis and that my car had been driven twice and nothing was found. I called back again around 1:30 to say I wanted to just pick my car up, unsatisfied it was almost FIVE hours later. At this point, suddenly so quickly, I got a call back regarding my car and that the car was driven one more time, and they finally heard the nose and found a bolt on the inside wall of my front tire. Why why why…. Did it take 5 hours for this. Why were my tires not inspected prior to the supposed third drive… I wasted a day waiting for my car that could’ve easily been fixed If my tires were inspected properly. I feel my car wasn’t even moved or looked at until I started calling. A tire shop fixed my tire within 30 mins after I left Honda. I will not be bringing my car back to this service dept at all. It’s absurd that something like this took such a long time. If i would’ve been waiting, I would have been livid. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

When I arrived for my 7:00 a.m. appointment there were 3 or 4 cars ahead of me. Since it was my first time at your service dept I got out of my car waited for a bit, when no one came out to help me I went inside. I told a man at a computer that I had an appt. I was told to wait by my car. What would have been nice is a 'good morning', a smile. Feeling like it was an inconvenience to interact with me, I regretted my decision to use your service dept. But i had the appt for scheduled maintenance and a recall fix.
I get it, it was early in the morning, how would you know it was my first time there? First impressions mean alot to me and say alot about a business. Once I met with John, still no smile, no way to know if he's at all happy to be at work, helping a first-time customer. John was much more personable when I returned to get my car. The actual service on my car was great and I appreciate that but what is also important is customer-focused service.

Jon told me my radio reset which required a battery disconnection had been completed. It was not. All presets and Bluetooth phones were still intact when I picked up the car. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to Norm Reeves in the future.
