Viviana was very efficient and personable. My only comment is when I came back to pick up, Viviana serviced two customers ahead of me when I was at the desk first. She told me it would be two minutes. It was well over 10 minutes. My husband was waiting outside to be sure I received my car back, so that is how I know the time I had to wait. I spent close to $400 for my service and I did not appreciate that treatment. Linda H

I’m disabled, and I expected to have your service team to take me right home, instead I had to wait for my car to me fixed, I tried to show the man 2 articles pertaining to the issue, I was not happy with the man, when he tried to me, it was my may fault, because I had not driven my CRV enough. I have worked for my family business for 24 years from California access the seas, I work with all different people Across’s the seas, I would not speak to anyone in that manner or tell that a customer was wrong. I will be back.

I had a a two chips in my windshield and I brought the car in to get it fixed and it’s the same and the second chip is really small but that would didn’t get fixed. My car was there for 4 hours and it didn’t seem like anything got done the gentleman that fixes windshields doesn’t know what he is doing.
