I was able to get in quickly for the initial diagnosis; Ivette was friendly, courteous and efficient; courtesy shuttle driver was great; Ivette kept me updated on the status of my repair; repair was completed in less time than estimated. Overall a great experience!
Note: My review is of that day's experience only. I DO wish that when I'd initially called a couple weeks prior that Tony, the service mgr I spoke to, might have informed me of the known A/C Condenser issue with 2016 Honda Civics. Instead, he quoted me a price for diagnostics and repair that was three times what a local repair shop was going to charge me - until THEY diagnosed the known issue with my car (over the phone).
