Felt service was subpar from usual
Oil changed and a partial inspection
Recommended replace back tires asap, ask John Le for brands available, he said only had one available, he didn’t seem very knowledgeable
Went to Big O tires on Beach Blvd HB as soon as I left Honda
They got me the tires I wanted and installed them
While doing that I had told them I just was at Honda dealer
Evidently my front brakes were not inspected, needed pads, routers etc
Very unsafe
Reviewing your paperwork, I noted it stated brakes were not inspected, I also reviewed paperwork from my last Honda visit 1/27/22; also noted Brakes not Inspected then either
I purchased my car from you, have followed through with servicing since then
Brake inspection should be part of “B” service
John Le is not your usual caliber, I mentioned possibility of eventually trading in this vehicle
I also noticed paperwork mentioned filters need replaced, however by then my car was parked out front ready to go

You need to hold on to this young lady with both hands and a big bonus! She is exceptional - well done Norm Reeves for finding her. I keep coming back to you fir service vs going to a cheaper alternative in town, because I know I am in very good hands with Ms. Saenz.
